I'm Eric Shirley — a U.S. Army veteran, published author, and founder of Narrow Gate Initiative.

For years, I lived reacting to life instead of navigating it. On June 20, 2022, that changed. What started as a private turning point became a full-time calling: studying Scripture with the same discipline I once gave to military service, and learning to apply it in a way that actually holds up under pressure — not just in theory, but in the middle of real decisions, real relationships, real days.

That process became the Hebrews 4:12 Protocol — the same tools I use in my own life, now available to walk through with others.
